This is the perfect marinade for pork chops on the grill. Honey Apple Chops too good to be this easy, but it is.

What You'll Need

  • 1 1/2 cups apple cider or juice
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 4 boneless pork loin chops, 1 inch thick

What to Do

  1. In a bowl, combine all ingredients, except chops; mix well to make a marinade.

  2. Place chops in a shallow dish; pour marinade over chops, cover and refrigerate, turning occasionally, for 4 to 24 hours.

  3. Heat grill and grill chops for 10 to 12 minutes, turning once and basting occasionally with marinade. Discard remaining marinade.

I would love a grill but apartment does not approve them. I would also be interested if these can be baked

Wondering if I can bake this dish? Grilling is about already gone here!!

Why should grilling ever be gone? I use my grill all year around. I have even cleaned snow and ice off to use it.

It better not be a very shallow dish because 10 1/2 cups equals 2 5/8 quarts. It could be a typo and you only need 1 1/2 cups?

Thank you for catching that glitch! We made the correction and now everything is accurate. Thanks again and enjoy!
