Veggies and potatoes in one dish, now that's entertaining made easy!

What You'll Need

  • 2 pounds frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
  • 2 (15 ounce) cans creamed corn
  • 1 cup half-and-half
  • 1 (2 ounce) jar diced pimientos
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup Italian-style seasoned bread crumbs

What to Do

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Coat 9- x 13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except bread crumbs; mix well.
  3. Pour mixture into prepared baking dish. Evenly sprinkle bread crumbs over top.
  4. Bake 35 to 40 minutes, until golden and heated through.
