I followed the recipe closely except I used truvia instead of sugar. tastes amazing . It was runny even after being in the fridge overnight. What did I do wrong?

can the first step be done in a rice cooker or will that affect the consistency of the rice?

I know this is a stupid question, but how would I change the recipe to serve 4? Just halve everything? Would it be a good?

Hi Noah! Still use one egg and you can cut everything else in half to make this a scrumptious serving for 4!

I know I will love this rice pudding! It is easy to make, and I will enjoy it served warm with cinnamon and whipped topping on top. A local restaurant serves the best rice pudding if I can make anything close to their recipe, it will be a hit at my house.
