Cranberry-Pineapple Relish

Add a burst of color and flavor to your spread with our Cranberry-Pineapple Relish. This side dish is great for Thanksgiving or any time you've got lots of fresh cranberries!
What You'll Need
- 1 (12-ounce) package fresh cranberries
- 1 (8-ounce) can crushed pineapple, undrained
- 1 cup sugar
What to Do
- Place cranberries in a food processor that has been fitted with its metal cutting blade. Process 1 to 2 minutes, or until finely chopped, scraping down sides of container as needed.
- Stir in pineapple and sugar; mix well. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, then drain some of the extra juice. Keep chilled until ready to serve.
