Poultry Marinade

This Poultry Marinade is perfect for chicken or turkey breasts or chicken pieces.
What You'll Need
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon chicken flavored instant bouillon
- 1 1/2 teaspoon thyme leaves
What to Do
- Mix together all the ingredients in a medium-sized bowl. Use immediately or store in a covered container in the refrigerator until ready to use.
- Makes 2/3 cup
Notes
Marinate in the refrigerator, covered, for up to 1 hour, turning occasionally, then cook as desired.
