What You'll Need

3/4 cup olive oil
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper

What to Do

In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients; whisk well.

Makes about 1 cup marinade.

Note

This marinade is best used with chicken, fish, or beef.
