Easy Homemade Bread Sticks

Who doesn't love hot-from-the-oven bread and rolls? You'd better add this bread stick to your bread basket, 'cause it's perfect for eating as is or dunking.

Serves: 10

Ingredients
  • 1 pound frozen bread dough, thawed
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons sesame seeds
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Coat a baking sheet with cooking spray.
     
  2. Cut thawed dough into ten 1/2-inch-thick slices. Lightly flour a cutting board and, with your fingers, roll each slice into a 12-inch rope. Place on the cookie sheet and brush each with beaten egg.
     
  3. In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients and sprinkle over dough. Bake 15 to 20 minutes, or until golden.
