Meaty Cheesy Dip

MAKES

Meaty, cheesy goodness all in one dish... it sounds too good to be true! But this dip proves it's not! Don't just take our word for it- give it a try and see for yourself.

What You'll Need

  • 1 pound ground chuck
  • 1/2 pound ground hot pork sausage
  • 1 (2-pound) loaf process cheese spread, cubed
  • 1 (8-ounce) jar medium salsa

What to Do

  1. Brown ground chuck and sausage in a large skillet, stirring until meat crumbles; drain in a colander, discarding drippings.

  2. Add cheese and salsa; cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until cheese melts. Serve with large corn chips.

Notes

If you want to turn up the heat a notch or two, substitute a 2-pound loaf of Mexican process cheese for regular. If that's still not enough, go for hot salsa. That'll do it!

Use a liner and your crock pot! Easy clean up and keeps warm, too!

In your recipes what do you classify as processed cream cheese

It's not processed cream cheese. The Processed Cheese Product is Velveeta. I hope this helps You.
