  • 1 (12-ounce) can beer

What to Do

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Coat 12 muffin cups with cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. Spoon equally into prepared muffin cups.
  3. Bake 15 to 18 minutes, or until golden. Serve warm, or allow to cool slightly then remove to a wire rack to cool completely.

It's so simple to make our Beer Rolls and keep 'em handy in the freezer in a resealable plastic storage bag. Then you can just pop 'em in the microwave or toaster oven to warm before serving.

Very good!! Add cinnamon and they are even better!!!!

I thought these were good. Can the batter be put in a loaf pan instead of muffin tin?

Are these sweet or savoury ? As I live in UK what is the equivalent of the basic mix please ?

You can get the Bisquick baking mix copycat recipe here: They also give the recipe in metric units of measurement as well as US units of measurement.

I just wanted to confirm your reader's comment from Mar.19,2011...yes it is 1/4 cup of sugar in this recipe.
