What You'll Need
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 (28-ounce) cans baked beans, undrained
- 6 hot dogs, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 1 cup corn chips
What to Do
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Melt butter in a cast iron skillet. Add onion and sauté until tender.
- Add remaining ingredients, except corn chips; mix well and cook 12 to 15 minutes, or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
- Top with corn chips and serve.
Notes
You can make this even when it's not grilling season! Just cook this casserole in a skillet on your stovetop.

your cooking area is too close to your tent, you will have alot of wildlife coming to visit you, while you are sleeping! needs to be 200 feet away, other than that, love your camping recipes

I made this recipe for dinner last night. It came out quite yummy. I used a package of beef knockwurst I had in my fridge instead of the hot dogs. I also liked the addition of corn chips on top. It gave it real flavor and crunch.

There is a gray bar that goes across the screen where the white play bar also goes. Wait for the gray bar to go all the way across the screen. This is downloading the video. It takes longer on some videos than on others. When it reaches the end you should be able to watch the video with no interruptions. If the white bar gets ahead of the gray bar the video will stop playing.
