Chilled Hot Chocolate

You might be cold this winter, but you don't have to let yourself get bored! Try Chilled Hot Chocolate for a unique variation on a winter favorite.
What You'll Need:
- 4 (1 ounce each) envelopes instant hot cocoa mix (1/2 cup total)
- 1 1/2 cups warm water
- 1 1/2 cups half-and-half
- 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
What To Do:
- In a blender jar, dissolve hot cocoa mix in warm water.
- Add half-and-half and ice cream, and blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
Even though this is served cold, you can still top each serving with a few mini marshmallows, if you'd like.
