Easy recipe. I added 2 tsp lemon extract in addition to the vanilla. Great way to use up cottage cheese.

These are delicious I add zest for 1 lemon to dough can also use a little added lemon extract or orange jest and orange extract

Very good and tasty little bit different too Use full fat or 4 % do not use the fat free or 1% or cookies wont come out right

Can we cut the ingredients in half if we dont have a gang to help eat them? We ask again what percent milkfat cottage cz?

My guess is to use the full fat cottage cheese. Will give the cookie a better texture.

Are you using 4% cottage cheese?

I have made these cookies for years but instead of using the vanilla extract I use lemon extract and it gives the cookies a wonderful lemon flavor....
