How about a Real Blue Potato Salad? I love Blue Potatoes. I had a recipe once for a Red,White & Blue Potato Salad for 4th of July. I tried a Sweet potato Salad too w/celery,black olives, parsley, jicama, red onion & chives & mayo. No Egg in that one.Delicious anyway & not the same old thing.

Think I'll swap the blue cheese with a good Feta. Don't like blue!!!

Sounds like a delicious alternative-- let us know how when you try it.
