I sometimes add fresh mushrooms to this salad for parties. I also add about 1.5 teaspoons of sugar. My latest 'find' is WHITE BALSAMIC vinegar. Costs about the same as regular and it makes the tomatoes and mozz look SO fresh. Doesn't turn the mozz brown from the vinegar.

I wasn't aware of "white" so mine turned color....thank you I now know for next time....

Ate this today in an overpriced restaurant. I just knew there would be a great recipe on this site! Thank you, again for this great resource.

This is SO good! But I use a little less Balsamic, and a bit of red wine vinegar. Its so refreshing! BUT- I wont make during the winter with store-bought tomatoes-no way!!

I have enjoyed this side salad at TGI Friday's and I love it! Now that I have the recipe, I can make my own. Yummy salad and good for you! Thanks for the recipe!

I saw this on KAIT8 News and my mouth started watering! I had to come on here and find it. Going to the grocery store to make it mmmm...
