This pancake is light and fluffy. easy to prepare and my family couldn't wait to dive in .

I don't believe the Amish ever made or ate anything called "Hootenanny".

I suspect they might not have had blenders either, but this is delicious and by the looks of it, if you reduce the butter, it should be fairly healthy.
