Hello, Test Kitchen Team?? I asked a question below on March 30th -- please answer when you get a chance -- thank you!!

Good morning! Sorry we missed this. Test Kitchen recommends about 1-1/2 to 2 teaspoons mint extract and 3 to 4 drops of green food color. Enjoy!

Test Kitchen Team-- Could I turn this into a grasshopper pie by adding peppermint extract and green food coloring?? If so, how much do you think I should add of each?? Thanks!!

how long will this pie stay good in the fridge before going bad?

We recommend not leaving this pie in the fridge for more than 3 days, but with it being so good...we're sure it will disappear in no time! ;)

This sounds like a good base for folding in fresh fruit... Always a vanilla lover so will try this very soon.

Made this pie the other day but used a chocolate ready made pie crust and topped with shaved chocolate after it chilled. Ever since-my friends are requesting the recipe. Will be making this again and again.

O M G .....I have made this on more than 1 occasion and my family and friends have gone OUT OF THEIR MINDS for this

Awesome - I'll have to make it now! I don't like graham cracker crumb crust as it tends to overpower the flavor of the pie, so do you think I could make it in a regular pie crust?
