What You'll Need

  • 4 croissants, sliced
  • 1/4 cup raspberry preserves
  • 4 slices muenster cheese
  • 1 tablespoon butter

What to Do

  1. Evenly spread preserves on the cut sides of the croissants.
  2. Place a slice of cheese over preserves in croissant bottoms and replace the tops.
  3. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-low heat and place croissants upside down in the skillet. Grill until golden and cheese has melted, carefully turning once.
