Amazing!! my family loved it! I added some crushed chillies to give it a little zing and instead of microwaving the meatballs I fried them in a tbsp of oil. Thank you for these lovely 15 mins recipes. It has made my life simply delicious.

The recipe sounds great, however I haven't make it yet because my 9x13 pan is too big for my microwave. Any tips?

Hi there! If a 9- x 13-inch pan is too large, you can try making the recipe in two batches in 8- x 8-inch pans. Keep the first batch covered while the second batch cooks up. Enjoy!

Why are you all telling people what to do and not to do with this recipe? Growing up we HAD to change recipes cause we didn't have some of the ingredients..... PS this can be changed to an oven or slow cooker recipe.

Why the sassy comment? Did I miss where it said this was to make in summer?? And if someone does not have a microwave, then what?

I would lighten up the recipe by using ground turkey, reduced fat mozzarella cheese, and no salt added, low sugar tomato sauce.

You're on the wrong website. This is not a lowfat recipe site. If that is what kind of recipe you are looking for, go elsewhere instead of changing the recipes here!

I agree, I love converting recipes to suit my health needs, plus that's all a recipe is, it's a guideline to help you learn how to cook!
