We've given traditional sliders a change of pace makeover by substituting fork tender beef brisket for the usual mini burgers. Our flavorful onion-y Pulled Brisket Sliders may be small in size but they're big on taste.

What You'll Need:
  • 1 (4-pound) fresh beef brisket
  • 2 (10-1/2-ounce) cans onion soup
  • 2 large onions, thinly sliced
  • 12 slider rolls
What To Do:
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat a large roasting pan with cooking spray.
  2. Place brisket in pan, then pour onion soup over brisket. Top with onions.
  3. Cover tightly with aluminum foil and bake 3-1/2 to 4 hours, or until meat is fork-tender.
  4. Place brisket on a cutting board and shred with 2 forks. Return to pan; mix well. Serve on slider rolls.

Fantastic recipe! My family LOVED it! Can I do this in a slow cooker also?

Hi there! Yes, this brisket can be cooked in a slow cooker. Cook on LOW for 8-9 hours or until fork tender in the center of the meat, or cook on HIGH for 5-6 hours or until fork tender in the center of the meat. Were so glad that your family loves this recipe! Enjoy!

How can I separate my recipe box besides alphabetical. I added folders but do not see how I can add any recipe to a folder. Can anyone help? Read more at == 124/ml/1/?utm_source=ppl-newsletter&utm_medium=ema == il&utm_campaign=mrfooddaily20140313#XsXZYEGcbTapU8 == SU.99

Unfortunately we are having some issues with our Folders feature in the Recipe Box at the moment. We are currently working hard to fix it as we speak.

My family absolutely loved this recipe. Will definitely make again!

What are sliders? We don't use that term in the part of Texas where I live, I don't think. At least, I haven't run into it before.

A slider is a small sandwich, typically served on a bun. They have become a popular menu item found in many restaurants. Enjoy!

First Mr. Food recipe I tried, even though I have been watching him for years. It was great, and since then I have tried a few others. Five stars, without a doubt.

Did the same thing, but used Pork or Beef Tri-Tips in a slow cooker for 8 to 10 hours. It was Great.

These Pulled Brisket sliders are fantastic and so simple!

Awesome recipes
