some of you are so picky, picky, picky. Just fry it all together, slop iy on a bun and add your favorite toppings for crying out loud!!! To mayo or not to mayo. Your choice. You are basically making a loose hamburger.

re Krazy for....you didn't change the recipe. You did a whole different recipe.

This recipe is over engineered. Why dirty more dishes than necessary? I made it two times as written, then I decided it did not need to go in the oven and make another dirty dish. So I did the skillet thing as written and baked the biscuit in the oven on a baking pan for about 12 minutes. The pan comes out clean enough to wipe with a wet cloth. Cut the biscuits in half, serve the beef mixture over.

This looks like an easy to make weeknight dinner. I will make it like a sloppy joe bake. It makes just the right amount for a small family. We'll have this for dinner with a side of fries or chips. I might make Bisquick biscuits instead of using canned.

Quick and easy and YUMMY!!!

I chopped onions to cooking grd beef, and about 1 Tblsp A1sauce and we really enjoyed this. next time will cook the same way, only pour it over pasta or rice. thanks

Wonderful. Used Bisquick instead of packaged biscuits.

Sorry to say was so-so so while thinking of better way to improve it decided to brown hamburger then rinse it off then added it back to skillet and added can of hunts meatloaf seasoning and can of manwhich sloppy joe and heated it back up while the hamburger mixture was heating up I threw some pillsbury biscuits into oven and cooked just long enough to get the bottom cooked see note take the hamburger mixture and pour it into a casserole dish Place a layer of kraft sliced cheese on top of the hamburger I used whole pack because we love cheese anyways place biscuits ontop of cheese and place in oven until chhese melts and biscuits brown on top it is sooo good note reason I precook the biscuits is if you dont the bottoms eill be gooey from being under cooked yuck hope you dont mind me postingRead More this and changing your recipe

My family loved this one!! I couldn't believe it!!! Even my pickiest!!! To SingleMomTalks, so sorry to hear @ that disaster. Ours tasted nothing like mayo! Eww, that would be yuk, I hate mayo!! Anyway, the biscuits were perfect on bottom and top and everything stayed hot in transfer from pan to baking dish! Not sure what went wrong there. I actually had no pre-made biscuits & only a little of bisquik left, so i blended that with a little of what I had left in pancake mix and it came out amazing!

Instead of biscuits, how about brown and server rolls, more like sliders. I like moogster73 idea with the biscuits split for bottom and top, but I would use something other then biscuits. Biscuits fall apart

Double Yuck - that combination of ketchup and cheese tastes alot like mayonnaise (I don't know about your kids, but mine won't touch mayo). You need to get the meat heated back up after draining and adding the cheese because it doesn't heat through in 8 minutes. The biscuits are then over cooked on top and raw on the bottom. I peeled the doughy part off. Tasted alot like mayo beef on a biscuit. Which is as palatable as it sounds. Thumbs down. Stick with Hamburger Helper.

Sounds great, but an 8" pan seems too small, how can you put 10 biscuits on an 8" pan??? What am I missing??

My family loved this one. There were seconds to be had by all. Thank you for the recipe, we'll be doing this one again!

Mr. FOOD HAS DONE IT AGAIN! Oh man this bake was sooo good!, I put biscuits on the bottom of the pan then the meat, cheese and ketchup then more biscuits on top. You could eat it as if you were eating sliders...I will definitely make this again!
