Fresh berries sure do dress up a banana split nicely. Add a little hot fudge and a few chopped peanuts, and you've got yourself a Banana Berry Split!

What You'll Need

  • 2 bananas, sliced in half lengthwise
  • 6 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 1/2 cup hot fudge sauce
  • 1 cup fresh blackberries
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1/2 cup chopped peanuts

What to Do

  1. Place 2 banana halves in a dessert dish; add 3 scoops vanilla ice cream between banana halves.

  2. Top with half each of hot fudge sauce, blackberries, raspberries, and chopped peanuts. Repeat procedure with remaining ingredients in another dessert dish.

Notes

This dessert fixes up fast, in just 5 minutes! Let your appetite dictate how much this treat serves-2 if you and a friend are ravenous or 4 if you're in the mood for sharing with the gang. Either way, this banana split is berry good!
