What a great new idea to serve cauliflower. I had to guess at the quantity for this as I thought 3 eggs was too much for dipping. I used one egg instead and a handful of Parmesan cheese to mix with the panko. I also added a bit more cayenne and then baked them on a cookie sheet for about 25 minutes @ 350 degrees. A keeper for sure.

How long and what temp. in air fryer???

Hello! If you are cooking these in an air fryer, it should be set to 400 degrees. You then cook your prepared cauliflower for 7-8 minutes, or until they're golden. Hope this was helpful!

I like to do mine in the air fryer. They taste fantastic. Would like more air fryer recipes.

Can you use an oil less fryer such as the NuWave Brio?

Hello! Yes, you can make these in an oil-less fryer. :) Enjoy!

I love fried, crispy appetizers. This looks like a version I could feel pretty good about.

Delicious! once the coating mixture becomes damp, it's hard to get it it adhere to the pieces of cauliflower.

Is there a way that these can be baked instead of fried?

Hello! - Yes, you could bake the cauliflower at 375 degrees F for 25-30 minutes, or until crispy brown. Enjoy!

Can these be baked?
