I love this Ambrosia pie! My whole family went crazy over this recipe the pie was gone in one night. Next time I need to make two so I can freeze one. I love the way it taste like homemade ice cream when frozen. This recipe is so easy to whip up, I keep a bag of toasted coconut in the freezer just to have on hand. I will be making this one over and over again. Thank you so much for sharing this free recipe that is now a family favorite.

It says toasted coconut. How do you toast it? For how long in the oven. Or can you buy toasted coconut?

You can toast coconut on a baking sheet in the oven at 350 degrees for 5 - 10 minutes. Make sure to watch it carefully because once it starts to brown, it browns fast. Enjoy!
