Simple to put together and so easy when I baked them in the oven like the Mr Food test kitchen team suggested. The aroma was tantalizing. The taste was wonderful. Ooh! SO good!

Quick in the morning if the 'taters are already steamed a day or two before, either on purpose, or left from a dinner. A little bacon grease or crumbled bacon never hurts! Yum!

To roast them in the oven, toss the potatoes with the oil and seasonings. Then spread them out on a baking sheet and roast them at 400 degrees for about 35 to 45 minutes.

Yes you can! Roast them at 400 degrees for about 35 to 45 minutes or until crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Enjoy!
