Zesty Creamed Spinach

What You'll Need

  • 4 (10-ounce) packages frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained, and squeezed dry
  • 2 (10.75-ounce) cans condensed cream of onion soup
  • 1 (8-ounce) package pasteurized prepared cheese product, cubed
  • 1/3 cup butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper

What to Do

  1. Stir together all ingredients in a large bowl. Spoon into a 3- or 3-1/2-quart slow cooker that's been coated with cooking spray.
     
  2. Cover and cook on LOW setting 2 hours. Stir well before serving.
