This sounds fantastic. I'm usually in such a hurry in the mornings, and this sounds like an awesome short cut.

I'd love to try making this on a weekday. How fun that this could be made so quickly!

Hope to make this real soon.

love it! Thank you

More recipes for one or two would be so great. I'm an older single person not use to cooking for myself!

Wonderful and versatile! Thank you!

I think some people missed the point of this recipe. It does not say it is for 'on the go' so of course you would not eat it while driving. I suppose you could microwave it in a bowl, if that's what you prefer. It is hailed as being quick to prepare with easy clean up.

My son loves this. He is single and has limited kitchen access except for microwave and always looking for quick fix ideas. My Mom taught him how to scramble an egg in microwave. And this just made it better. Thank you for another happy family recipe : )

I tried this today and I like it. Not only was it very good, it was plenty to eat for breakfast. I was not on the go but busy none the less, so I ate as I cleaned my kitchen. Thank you

Great idea.... No pans. Quick and can be made healthy

You still would need to use a fork or spoon. Do you plan to eat it while driving to work?? I think the idea is ridiculous.

This looks great! Do you know how many calories it is??

Why would you want to eat it in a mug and not a bowl?

Because it is a breakfast on the go.

Because it has a handle and if you had time to sit and eat from a bowl why bother with this. da.......
