I like the recipes wich are posted on this site. But I'm living in europe and we don't know buffalo sauce and wing sauce. Isn't possile to give some sort of replacement or explanation what it contains? (sorry mmy english is not so very good. Greetings mien

You can make your own wing sauce or buffalo sauce. It's just hot sauce mixed with butter. :-)

Definitely have to agree with ladygee522 2384798 !! If you feel you have to know all the carbs, protein, etc., etc., EAT IN MODERATION - READ SMALL PORTIONS. I choose to enjoy life and eating is just one of the things I do - I also read, walk, etc. I am still using a sausage and great northern bean soup recipe that Mr. Food published. It is a BIG hit with everyone that has tried it. I have yet to find one of his recipes that I did not care for.

Yummy! My family loves them! For added flavor, I've added garlic & onion powder, parsley & buffalo sauce needed!

Has anyone used frozen potato wedges to make this recipe?

@jimmel3734972...this is not anutritional siite nor a diet site. If that is what you are looking for, go elsewhere!!!!!!

I think some people need to stop complaining, these recipes are for our benefit and Mr. Food and his staff put alot of work into getting them online for us, be grateful and enjoy them.

It is my understanding that Mr. Foods staff will be publishing nutritional information on recipes soon, so give them time. The other comments are valid also. :o) Life is good. Enjoy.

Please STOP if you don't like these don't go on this site!!!

I really wish you would put the carbs, protein, fiber, and fat contents in your recipes

Mr Food never claimed that his cooking was diet food .You need to eat everything in moderation. Have a small portion, and enjoy yourself. Life is too short.

They have websites that you can figure out the carbs, protein, fiber and fat. They even have apps if you have a smart phone.
