I just made this for my daughter and spread it over crisp apples. She ate it up and asked for more! I had some, too, and it's creamy delicious.

I would dip celery, apples or flat breads and use it as a spread.

This recipe is fantastic, my friend told me about it when I commented at a party. She surves it with graham cracker sticks and vanilla wafers.

I would think that you would want to mix the cinnamon and ginger with the pumpkin first so that it blends well, not at the end when it can get lumpy.

My co-workers really love this dip. I asked a friend the other day what she would want me to prepare and she said this dip. IF there are any leftovers, she takes them home to her family. Ooh it's sooo good!! Marge Szmania
