Fluffy Cream Cheese Fruit Dip

Whip up this Fluffy Cream Cheese Fruit Dip super-fast with just four ingredients! Its so good, you'll want to eat it with a spoon. Put it out the next time you have guests over and everyone will be asking for your recipe!

What You'll Need

1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2 cups powdered sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/2 cup whipping cream, whipped

What to Do

Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla at medium speed of an electric beater until fluffy. Fold in whipped cream; serve with fresh strawberries.

Since there are only a few simple ingredients in this dip, I would definitely use the best vanilla extract that I can get my hands on - never that cheap imitation stuff, which doesn't even have any real vanilla in it! This is a great standard dip by itself, but you could add in whatever suits your tastes! I've made a pink version before for a baby shower using a little raspberry puree, and folded in some mini dark chocolate chips another time. It is always a big hit at a party!

I have used a different recipe for years that I like better than this one. It's 8 oz whipped cream cheese, regular size jar of marshmallow cream and 1 tsp of vanilla extract. I can mix it by hand also and somebody always asks me for the recipe.
