Can any nuts be used? What spray is used to the pan and will it affect in any way the taste of the nuts?

In the video, he mentions Red Cinnamon Popcorn and says the recipe is on the website, but I can't find it. Where is it?

Hi there! The recipe is called out in the notes section above. :)

I make this every year and it is a big hit! I use walnuts and almonds instead of peanuts and cashews and it's great with them as well. I also add MMs (same proportion as cranberries) to the mix.

I am a fan of nuts. I have been know to pay a premium for the specialty nuts during the holiday and where ever they are sold. Making my own will probably be a lot easier on my pocket book and I can control the contents.

Who need that you could make such a tasty nut mix. This sugar n spice recipe sounds just delightful. I am really interested in knowing just how it will taste because the inclusion of red pepper is not the usual addition. I guess that is where the spice comes in. Taste test scheduled for the week end.

This recipie is AWESOME!!!!!! I made some for Christmas gifts and they were a huge hit. In fact I have been asked to make some more.... Thank you for making me look so good Mr. Food!!!!
